Who we are

Emdecon is a specialized remediation company providing biohazard cleanup, hoarding remediation, trauma scene cleaning, and extreme cleaning services throughout Eastern Ontario.

Due to the sensitive and highly specialized nature of this work, we only consider applicants with relevant industry experience. If we do happen to be hiring for entry-level positions, there will be a job posting on Indeed.

Minimum Requirements to Apply

  • Prior experience in biohazard remediation, trauma scene cleaning, hoarding cleanup, or extreme cleaning environments

  • CLEAR criminal background check
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

  • Comfort working in environments that may involve biohazards or difficult living conditions

  • Professionalism, discretion, and compassion when dealing with clients during sensitive situations

Owner & Founder

Emma founded Emdecon after years of experience in the cleaning and remediation industry. She recognized a need for trauma and biohazard cleaning services delivered with compassion and dignity.

Emma leads the team with an empathy-first approach, ensuring every home and family is treated with respect during difficult circumstances.
