I contacted a few companies to get quotes for cleaning a house that was in extremely rough condition due to hoarding and pet waste. It was a very overwhelming situation. A couple of companies came to see the property, but when Emma from Emdicon came out to assess the job, she never once hesitated or seemed intimidated by the amount of work that needed to be done. One of the other companies even told me they had never seen anything that messy before. Emma, on the other hand, approached it with confidence and professionalism, which made it clear that Emdicon has a lot of experience handling difficult situations like this. They started the job just three days later and the transformation was incredible. The house honestly looked like new by the time they finished. The team was punctual, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. Out of respect for the homeowner’s privacy, I won’t be posting any photos, but I can confidently say this was a five-star experience. I highly recommend Emdicon to anyone needing serious cleaning or restoration work. I truly can’t say enough good things about them.

She offered some very useful information for our unique situation which I didn’t know, about how our tragedy would be covered by my sister’s insurance policy for the cleanup & loss of contents. Not only did they professionally and quickly deal with the initial cleanup task that we hired them for, in incredibly difficult and tricky circumstances for us (initially we had to deal with everything over the phone as we all lived a great distance away) but we ended up keeping them on for further jobs because of the depth of their helpfulness and kindness. Emma and her team got so much done for us, going above and beyond to help us with the monumental task we had to deal with.
